By accessing or using PrepZone ("the Platform") at prepzone.academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

PrepZone is a certification preparation platform that provides AI-powered practice exams, study cheat sheets, readiness diagnostics, and progress tracking tools. The Platform is designed to help professionals prepare for industry certifications.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit exam content or cheat sheets.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Platform source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent PrepZone completion certificates as official certification credentials.

All content on PrepZone — including exam questions, cheat sheets, study materials, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of PrepZone and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Certification names and trademarks referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. PrepZone is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body unless explicitly stated.

Some exam questions and study materials are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. PrepZone does not guarantee that practice questions will appear on actual certification exams.

PrepZone completion certificates verify that you completed a mock exam on our Platform. They are not official certification credentials and should not be represented as such.

PrepZone is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If pricing changes occur, existing users will be notified in advance, and early adopters may receive preferential terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to failure to pass a certification exam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
